will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2013 in New York City followed by a Networking Event.
This one-day event brings the best minds in the Latin Media,
Entertainment, Advertising and Technology markets

conference will be presented in the form of thematic panels with questions from
the audience and moderated by experts in their respective fields.

2013 Convergence conference seeks to share and enhance a broader knowledge of

demands of an increasingly mobile, fragmented, and elusive target audience.

Latin Culture, Entertainment and Media as well as to how businesses can benefit
and contribute to the future of Latin Media, Entertainment, Technology and
Advertising.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your ticket 30 days before the event. Full refund will be issued.
No refunds will be made if the cancellation takes place within 30 days prior
to the event.
No transfers, assignments and endorsements are allowed and no credit towards
future events will be issued

As with all public gatherings, there
will be security present at the conference. All
attendees and their belongings are subject
to inspection. For your convenience, please do not
bring anything other than necessities for the day.
Specific items that may be confiscated are weapons,
signage of any type, outside food or beverages,
video cameras and any other items that security
feels are not appropriate.
For the enjoyment of all participants, inappropriate
behavior will not be tolerated and violators will be
removed from the premises.
Do not leave personal items or conference bags
anywhere in the building. Unattended bags will be
removed by security.
