Our mission

Our goal is to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and building of professional relationships within the Hispanic business community. Our events provide a forum for people to meet and exchange ideas in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Our Events

If you’d like to mingle with an international Hispanic and Latino business crowd and exchange ideas on a variety of business topics, don’t miss our hip gatherings in some of NYC’s most prestigious venues. Meet with everyone you need to know to do business in the US Hispanic Market. It is a $1 trillion market. Come and Meet the decision makers!

From 6PM to 8PM, we invite our members to network.

In order to protect your privacy, we do not use testimonials and distribute or sell our list to third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Distribution of materials (any kind) at our Event is strictly forbidden as well as photos, video recording or any other way to record, film or similar unless you are granted written authorization

Tickets

There is a charge of $35 to attend the Event. Tickets can be bought online.

We accept payments by check. However, Due to Administrative costs, each ticket will cost you $50.

Dress Code

Our dress code is “business chic.” Preferably, men should wear jackets. Sneakers are not allowed.

Please note that at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not comply with our above-stated policies.

Membership

Becoming a Member
Our events are by invitation only. You need to register to our website in order to become an active member. As a member, you receive invitations for each event by e-mail. To become a new member you must be referred by an existing member or be invited directly by us. You need to register only once.

Inviting a Colleague or a Client
You must be a registered member to invite your colleagues or clients. Please, send us an email:  violeta@latinvision.com with the Name/LastName/Company/Email of your guests and will send them an invitation in your behalf. 

Member Policy
When registered, you will receive invitations for our networking events, as well as other invitations and exclusive promotions.

You can only attend our events if you RSVP to our invitation in advance. Otherwise, due to limited space, we will not able to let you in.

We only ask that if you RSVP, you honor your commitment to attend. No guests are permitted at the event unless they are registered to the event in advance.

Sponsorship - Become a Sponsor -

Increase your organization’s visibility within the Hispanic business community by becoming a sponsor. LatinVision offers its selected sponsors access to more than 30,000 registered members in New York City. The support that you in turn provide to our organization will ensure our mutual success. Cancellations

You can cancel your ticket 5 days before the event. Full refund will be issued.
No refunds will be made if the cancellation takes place within 4 days prior to the event.
No transfers, assignments and endorsements are allowed.

No credit towards future events will be issued

Lost Items

We will try our best to help you to find your lost items despite that we are not responsible if such unfortunate event occurs

As with all public gatherings, there will be security present at the venue. All attendees and their belongings are subject to inspection. For your convenience, please do not bring anything other than necessities for the day. Specific items that may be confiscated are weapons, signage of any type, outside food or beverages, video cameras and any other items that security feels are not appropriate.

For the enjoyment of all participants, inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and violators will be removed from the premises.

Do not leave personal items or conference bags anywhere in the building. Unattended bags will be removed by security.
