LatinVision Conference The Latin Media and Entertainment Commission of the City of New York (LMEC)-LatinVision Media 2008 Convergence: The Future of Latin Entertainment, Media and Technology Markets was held on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2008 at the New York Times – Times Center - in New York City followed by a business networking reception at NASDAQ.

Our mission
Our goal is to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and building of professional relationships within the Hispanic business community. Our events provide a forum for people to meet and exchange ideas in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Our Events
If you’d like to mingle with an international Hispanic and Latino business crowd and exchange ideas on a variety of business topics, don’t miss our hip gatherings in some of NYC’s most prestigious venues. Meet with everyone you need to know to do business in the US Hispanic Market. It is a $1 trillion market. Come and Meet the decision makers!

On the second Thursday every two months from 6PM to 9PM, we invite our members to network.

In order to protect your privacy, we do not use testimonials and distribute or sell our list to third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Distribution of materials (any kind) at our Event is strictly forbidden as well as photos, video recording or any other way to record, film or similar unless you are granted written authorization

Tickets
There is a charge of $30 to attend the Event. Tickets can be bought online.

Dress Code
Our dress code is “business chic.” Preferably, men should wear jackets. Sneakers are not allowed.

Please note that at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not comply with our above-stated policies.

Membership
Becoming a Member
Our events are by invitation only. You need to register to our website in order to become an active member. As a member, you receive invitations for each event by e-mail. To become a new member you must be referred by an existing member or be invited directly by us. You need to register only once.

Inviting a Colleague or a Client
You must be a registered member to invite your colleagues or clients. Please, go to our invite new members and follow the instructions. Contact us if you want to invite a party of five or more people.

Member Policy
When registered, you will receive invitations for our networking events, as well as other invitations and exclusive promotions.

You can only attend our events if you RSVP to our invitation in advance. Otherwise, due to limited space, we will not able to let you in.

We only ask that if you RSVP, you honor your commitment to attend. No guests are permitted at the event unless they are registered to the event in advance.

Sponsorship and Media Kit
Increase your organization’s visibility within the Hispanic business community by becoming a sponsor.
