Carlos Vassallo, Founder & CEO
Carlos has extensive international business experience. He has worked for various multinational corporations, and has had major responsibilities for sales and operations for Latin America. In addition, Carlos has business start-up experience and business consulting experience. He has worked for IBM, Elexco International, Proxima, and Abitibi Consolidated and has undertaken independent international assignments. He holds a B.S. from the University of Argentina and an M.B.A. from New York University. Carlos lives in New York City and has two daughters Flavia and Lorenza. Carlos is a native of Argentina and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Eric Di Monte, Chief Strategic Officer
Eric has over 15 years experience in the recruitment field where he has worked on both corporate and agency environments. His skills focus on business relationship building, project management, sourcing and interviewing, along with an adaptability to take on broad tasks and varied responsibilities. He was born in Astoria, Queens to Italian and Argentinean parents, relocating to Argentina from the age of 3 until age 12. His family then moved to Sydney, Australia where he completed high school studies and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Eric has been in New York since 2001 with his wife and son. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Gaston Lieutier, Chief Digital Officer
Gaston has extensive experience in all phases of Information Technology project lifecycles. Prior to joining LatinVision, Gaston was a technical project manager at Multi-Logic, Inc. an Internet startup that provided online advice and interactive expertise to the financial services industry. In addition, Gaston was a project manager and business analyst at Reuters, a leading news and information conglomerate and has experience as a software developer. Gaston holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Darden Business School of the same University. Gaston is a native of Uruguay.

Oscar Scarano, Chief Technology and Architectural Officer
Oscar holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires. With extensive experience in web applications and software analysis and implementation.

He has been involved in many successful internet projects from the begining of the World Wide Web. Founder of StageGlobal, an IT solution provider with a unique approach to consolidated corporate communication strategies, and native of Argentina, Oscar is fluent in Spanish and English.

Violeta Alba, Chief Content Officer / Conference Manager
A native of Argentina, Violeta holds a Bachelor´s degree in Communication Sciences & Journalism from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP), and a Radio and TV Announcer Associate Degree from Escuela Terciaria de Estudios Radiofónicos (ETER). Violeta has extensive experience in the broadcasting industry and has been working for several radio stations since 2001 as a host, an announcer and a news producer. She teaches Radio & Communication in a Media College and a High School, and as a voice over talent she records commercials, narrations, and different types of audios both in English and Spanish.

		Rey Jomarron, Direcor of Sales Rey has an extensive sales and business development background , having worked for many industry leaders including Morgan Stanley, Eli Lilly, ADP and Insperity. Rey was raised in Astoria, Queens (NY) and resided in Miami, Fl for well over a decade. He currently lives in upstate, New York. He holds a B.B.A from Baruch College and an M.B.A from St. Thomas University with a concentration in International Business. Rey is of Cuban heritage and is fluent in both English and Spanish. His interests are golf and skiing, in addition to volunteering for non-profit organizations.
		Alejandro Sacasa, Chief Media Officer Alejandro has been working in the Latin media industry since 1995, and has been involved with projects in broadcast and cable television, internet, and mobile telephony. Most recently he was the General Manager of Nicaragua's leading television station. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University. Although Alejandro is a native of Nicaragua, he grew up in Miami, and is fluent in Spanish and English.
		Jazmin Chavez, Contributing Editor Jazmin serves as an advocate and strategist for immigrant rights and has dedicated her professional life to becoming an effective social media strategist, justice innovator and movement entrepreneur for communities in need. She is a featured writer for Being Latino, Ms. JD, Fox News Latino and currently serves as the social media strategist for East Willy B: an original web series and the American Bar Associations’ Commission on Women. Jazmin holds a degree in Ethnic Studies, History and Leadership Studies from the University of Colorado and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

		Sebastian Mignola, Chief Country Manager Brazil Sebastian has 14 years of International Sales Experience, having lived in different countries such as Argentina, Spain, Italy, USA and Brasil. He studied Business Administration in Buenos Aires and speaks Spanish, English, Italian and Portuguese. He now lives in Sao Paulo with his family, where he develops International Business and represents LatinVision in Brasil. In addition, Sebastian has been a Basketball Referee for 23 years and has participated in several International Competitions
		China
		Betty Wong, Chief Country Manager China Betty is a global marketer, entrepreneur and educator with a special focus on China and a track record of new product launches. Born in Hong Kong and raised in New York, she is as comfortable in Beijing and Shanghai as she is in London, Paris, Toronto or her home cities. Betty has worked with Carlos on projects since the 1990s. She is a business and marketing consultant who has owned a public relations firm and worked in advertising and sales in addition to strategic marketing. She has a BS from NYU’ Stern School and an MBA from Columbia.
